The Director of Innovation provides vision and leadership for Calvary Christian School’s STEAM initiative, driving innovation across all grade levels, with an emphasis on Elementary and Middle School. This role supports teachers, students, and families in fostering a culture of creativity, inquiry, and problem-solving aligned with the mission of CCS.Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in planning, implementing, and evaluating STEAM-related initiatives.
Coach and support teachers in integrating innovation and STEAM into classroom instruction.
Plan, organize, and facilitate professional development for faculty and staff.
Develop and oversee the Elementary and Middle School STEAM lab and the school garden initiative.
Collaborate with staff and administration to evaluate program effectiveness and identify next steps.
Teach Elementary STEM and Innovation classes.
Lead family and community outreach initiatives related to STEM/STEAM.
Supervise and support the JH/HS STEAM Lab Coordinator.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education, STEM field, or related discipline (Master’s preferred).
Teaching or leadership experience in K–12 education.
Strong understanding of STEAM integration and innovative teaching practices.
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Position Overview:
The Technology Director supports the integration of technology across the school, ensuring that teachers and students have the tools and training needed to thrive in a STEAM-driven environment.Key Responsibilities:
Deploy technology purchased through grants and school funding.
Manage digital subscriptions and licenses.
Provide onboarding and training for teachers and staff on technology use.
Partner with the Office Manager to oversee purchasing of equipment and supplies.
Coordinate device repairs, including shipping and tracking.
Provide ongoing technical support to faculty, staff, and students.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Education Technology, or related field.
Experience with device management, software systems, and instructional technology.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and support adult learners.

Position Overview:
The JH/HS STEAM Lab Coordinator manages the day-to-day operations of the STEAM Lab, ensuring students and teachers can access high-quality equipment, projects, and learning opportunities. This role blends teaching, technical expertise, and program coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and teach Junior High exploratory STEM classes and High School STEM pathway/engineering courses.
Manage and maintain lab equipment, tools, and technology.
Repair or coordinate repair of lab equipment as needed.
Train students in lab safety, proper use of tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with teachers to support lab-based projects and classroom integration.
Organize and oversee after-school STEM-related clubs (e.g., robotics, coding, makerspace projects).
Ensure the STEAM Lab remains an engaging, safe, and well-organized space.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in STEM education, engineering, or related field.
Teaching experience in STEM or related subjects preferred.
Strong technical and mechanical skills.
Ability to manage a lab environment and support student innovation.

The Interventionist provides targeted academic support for K–8 students who require additional assistance in core subject areas. Using data-driven strategies, the Interventionist collaborates with teachers and administrators to ensure students receive timely and effective intervention.Key Responsibilities:
Identify students in need of academic support using data and teacher input.
Provide small group and individual instruction in core subjects.
Progress monitor students and adjust instruction based on results.
Collaborate with classroom teachers to align interventions with grade-level curriculum.
Maintain clear records of interventions and student progress.
Communicate regularly with teachers and parents about student growth.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field.
Experience in intervention, special education, or small-group instruction.
Strong understanding of data-driven instruction and progress monitoring.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Position Overview:
The Bus Driver provides safe and reliable transportation for students to and from field trips, athletic events, internships, and after-school activities.Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate school buses for scheduled events.
Maintain CDL license and all required training certifications.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during transportation.
Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle.
Follow all state, local, and school transportation policies.
Qualifications:
Valid CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements.
Clean driving record and background check.
Experience working with children is preferred.
Dependable, punctual, and professional.
