Calvary Christian School is seeking a mission-minded, highly organized leader to serve as our Director of Operations.
The Director of Operations reports to the Principal and helps ensure CCS runs with clarity, excellence, and strong follow-through. This role supports the Principal by leading the operational systems that allow school leadership and faculty to stay focused on students, academics, spiritual formation, and school culture.
Primary Responsibilities
Lead daily school operations and office systems
Oversee admissions, enrollment, tours, and re-enrollment
Coordinate student accounts, state reporting, records, and compliance tracking
Manage purchasing flow, budget coordination, grants support, and operational reporting
Coordinate hiring, onboarding, and staffing processes with HR
Lead accreditation documentation, deadlines, and administrative follow-through
Oversee school events, logistics, facilities requests, technology, food service, and parent communication
Coordinate safety compliance, emergency plans, drills, crisis-readiness systems, and policy implementation
The Right Candidate Will Be

Highly organized, dependable, and skilled in follow-through
Able to lead people, manage projects, and improve systems
Comfortable working with parents, staff, vendors, and Calvary leadership
Experienced in operations, administration, school leadership, business, nonprofit, or a related field
Financially aware and comfortable working with budgets, purchasing, and reports
Experience in a leadership role at a k-12 school or ministry environment is preferred but not required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Position Overview:
The JH/HS STEM Instructor will teach STEM classes for grades 7th-12th. This role will also assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the STEM Labs, ensuring students and teachers can access high-quality equipment, projects, and learning opportunities. This role blends teaching, technical expertise, and program coordination.Key Responsibilities:
Lead and teach Junior High exploratory STEM classes and High School STEM courses.
Manage and maintain lab equipment, tools, and technology.
Train students in lab safety, proper use of tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with teachers to support lab-based projects and classroom integration.
Assist in organizing and overseeing after-school STEM-related clubs (e.g., robotics, coding, makerspace projects).
Ensure the STEM Lab remains an engaging, safe, and well-organized space.
Qualifications:
Experience in STEM related fields, such as coding, computer science, audio/visual, media, etc.
Position-Specific Spiritual Expectation:
Encourage students to see STEM projects and innovation as reflections of God’s creativity.
Model a Christ-centered approach to problem-solving, experimentation, and leadership in the lab.
